Advent

What is Advent?

Advent is a season (28 days) of preparation leading up to Christmas.

Traditionally, the Church observes Advent by lighting a candle each Sunday (beginning 4 Sundays before Christmas) on the Advent wreath.  Each candle has a special meaning: Hope, Love, Joy and Peace.

Join us at Freedom Church as we prepare our hearts for Christmas this year with Scripture readings, prayer and worship.
