If it’s your first time, we recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early. That will give you enough time to park, grab some complimentary coffee and donuts, and find a seat before the service begins. We kick off the service promptly at 9:30am and 11:00am so that we can get you out on time.
(If you have children, we recommend arriving 15-20 minutes early in order to check-in your child and see where they’ll be cared for while you’re in service.)
1st Service begins promptly at 9:30am and 2nd Service is at 11:00am.
During The Service
Each service is different, but there are a few things you can always expect:
We always have music that is upbeat, fun, and contemporary, but sometimes we mix in some traditional songs. Don’t worry you don’t have to sing, but if you want to we provide lyrics so you can follow along. This portion of the service lasts about 20 minutes.
The messages are always relevant, straight-forward, and applicable to life today. Whether you’re a Christ-follower or not, we guarantee that you’ll walk away with some helpful information. We also provide a space for you to take notes in case there’s something you want to remember.
As part of our weekly services we do take up an offering. If you are a guest, please do not feel any pressure or obligation to give. This is an act of worship for our regular attendees, allowing them to thank God for all of the great work He is doing in their lives and to give back to help continue the work of the church.
On your first visit, we ask for the following personal information: parent/legal guardian names, children’s names and birth dates, address, phone number, and any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for each child. This information is entered into our Freedom Church database to help maintain our secure check-in system and our parent page system.
All Freedom Church volunteers that work with youth and children pass a background check and we have our own safety team to ensure your child’s safety. We use a security labeling system for child check-in and pick-up, and a visual paging system for parents/guardians that displays on the screens in the sanctuary in case we need to reach you during the worship experience.
